Tampa Bay RIMS 2025 Annual Holiday Charity Luncheon

(Raffle prize donation drop-off is 10:30am, check-in desk opens by 10:45am, lunch is at 11:30am & the raffle drawings start at 12noon)

Bring cash or checks to purchase raffle tickets at the event as the need is very great this year! For every $20 you spend on raffle tickets this year you will earn 5 additional BONUS raffle tickets.

ALL RSVPs (and payment) must be received before 12:00pm, on Friday December 12th via our online event registration system. Credit cards only.

Space is limited, so please register early to confirm a place is set just for you as there will be no waitlist this year.

RIMS Members - $30.00

Non-members - $40.00

ASSOCIATE MEMBERS and VENDORS: WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT! We greatly appreciate prize donations for our raffle event. If you choose to participate, please arrive with your raffle prize by 10:30am (your business card attached for a brief shout-out!), so we can get them set up on the tables before 11am. If you’d like to make a financial contribution to go towards the Chapter donation to Metropolitan Ministries that would also be very appreciated.

What is the refund policy?

If you are unable to attend our event and need to cancel your registration, please submit a refund request via our online registration system, EventBrite, or notify the organizer by clicking on the "CONTACT THE ORGANIZER" button to the right. Please note that refund requests received after 12:01pm EST on the Friday before the meeting will not be accepted.
