This Tampa Bay rally marks the second rally of 2026 and the third stop in our statewide Rally Rumble tour. As HOA Reform League, Inc. continues taking this message region by region across Florida, Tampa Bay stands out as one of the largest HOA and COA homeowner populations in the state and one of the most urgent areas for reform.
HOA Reform League, Inc. will be hosting this peaceful homeowner protest to continue advocating for accountability, transparency, and enforcement of existing laws governing HOA’s and COA’s in Florida.
This rally is part of a statewide regional effort focused on areas with the highest concentration of HOA and COA communities. Homeowners, families, seniors, and supporters from Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando, and surrounding counties are encouraged to attend.
This is a peaceful, lawful assembly. Signs are welcome. Families and seniors are welcome. No disruption, no confrontation, just homeowners standing together and being heard.
