Tamale Tasting & Cooking Demonstration

Admission includes a dozen tamales ($40 value) with a quart of homemade of sauce!

Please join us this Sunday for a tamale tasting and cooking demonstration by Ivan and Nico Calderon featuring Chef Felix Arellano. We will teach participants how to select and blend masa with a variety of tasty fillings, steam in banana leaves, and pair with homemade sauces. The demonstration will end with a tasting of our seasonal winter tamale specials. Each guest will receive a dozen tamales of their choice.
