Come hungry, because breakfast goodies will be served at the start of class! Come learn to make homemade tamales from Grandma! You’ll learn how to make a light & fluffy masa, delicious red sauce, and the proper technique to build the perfect tamale. During the hands-on, you will be making your own tamales to take home to enjoy later. You’ll receive a packet with the all instructions/recipes. The class will end with tamales served for lunch and plenty of other Grandma Ingrid treats!
