Six cities - Cuyahoga Falls, Hudson, Munroe Falls, Silver Lake, Stow, and Tallmadge - are joining forces with the Peter Maurin Center and the Knights of Columbus to lead a cold-weather gear collection drive to help the homeless. The Peter Maurin Center, a nonprofit, provides hot meals, shelter, clothing, and support for unsheltered and marginalized people.Donation bins are available at city halls across all six communities for drop-offs during business hours through December 15. Additionally, weekend drive-thru events will allow for convenient curbside donation.
