2022. aasta lõpus oma kolmanda stuudioalbumi valmis saanud Aigar Vals kutsub "Uue ajastu guru" esitlusele.
See on album, mis on sillaks nii mineviku kui tuleviku vahel ja ühendab paljusid erinevaid kultuuriruume ühes tervikus.
Album on saadaval voogedastuses ning soetatav CD kettal.
„Üksteise kõrval ja otsas kõlavad näiteks trance, post-punk, rokiballaad, orelimuusika, valss, free jazz, drum’n’bass… ja kõike seda nii, et kõrvus tinnitab.
Ma ei piira ennast määratlustega ning tunnen, et muusikat tehes on kõik lubatud“, rääkis Aigar Müürilehele.

Aigar Vals on varasemalt välja andnud kaks sooloalbumit – “End Game” (2018) ja “Imperaator” (2020); singli “Leek” (2022)
ning kahe elektroonilise artisti (Galaktlan ja Alex Wulf) nägemuse enda lugudest – „End Game Remixes“ (2019).

In the end of 2022, Aigar Vals unleashed his third solo album „Uue ajastu guru“ („Guru of the New Age“).
He tells stories, making cinematic pictures move and fairy tales wander in audience’s minds, channelling mythicism and worldly past of old Rome and Eastern cultures into its modern form.
In his soundscapes, he mixes dark shoegaze ambience with psychedelia, doom, gothic witch house, motown and trance, among others. A mix that could induce spiritual enlightenment!
His live performances are majestic, him being one of the rare examples of an Estonian singing drummer who sings and is a multi-instrumentalist. On stage, the Emperor is accompanied by his brother, an Estonian guitar-guru Argo Vals.
He has released 3 solo albums – “End Game” (2018), “Imperaator” (2020), “Uue ajastu guru” (2022), and 8 music videos, each with a distinct artistic style.
