We encourage you to turn in a sample that is linked to the field trip that you attended during your next learning period. It helps to ensure that we can continue to provide these opportunities.

Heartland field trips are designed for families to attend together. Students need to be accompanied by an adult chaperone. If your student will be attending with another family, please indicate this when you register your student and let the field trip host know once you complete your registration.

**To ensure the health and safety of all attendees, please do not attend a field trip if you, your student(s), or anyone in your household is ill or showing possible signs of illness.**

May I pay using my funds? This event is FREE!

Does this trip have any height, weight, and/or age restrictions? All ages are welcome. Each person who attends a field trip or event must be registered through Eventbrite. This applies to babies, toddlers, siblings, and adults. Individuals who have not registered will be asked to leave.

Check-in Procedures: Follow the signs to park in the dirt lot and meet me at the parking entrance to check-in. I will have Heartland attire on and be holding a clipboard.

Is there on-site parking available? Free parking is available.

Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip? No.

Please do not bring food that contains peanuts to any Heartland event.
