Fun workshop on using emotional intelligence to improve communication with your teens and partners, turning arguments into connections.Ladies, are you tired of the same old arguments at home?
Those moments of losing our shit at home with our partners and teenagers are all too familiar. We let down our barriers, our filters, and our emotional intelligence, meaning our loved ones bear the brunt. But seriously, if they just bloody listened to us, life would be easier ha ha!
Let’s cut back the wasted energy, frustration and bullshit, by building our Emotional Inteligence to communicate with influence and create connection at home so everyone is happier.
We can’t promise a forever happy household, but less arguments and meaningful connection is definitely on the agenda.
