The Ottice Group is inviting men to show up — honestly, openly, and without judgment. We offer four sessions, and each one stands completely on its own. You don't have to start at the beginning. You don't have to commit to all four. Show up when you're ready — and leave with real tools, real perspective, and real connection you can use right away.

This open support group is for men 27 and older who are ready to:

• Reclaim their voice, their peace, and their sense of purpose
• Build authentic connections with other men on similar journeys
• Break the silence around stress, pressure, and emotional weight
• Develop real coping strategies for life's challenges and transitions

The Ottice Group was founded on one truth: no one should have to journey through darkness alone. We design and facilitate peer mental health experiences that meet men where they are — providing culturally responsive, stigma-free spaces where emotional openness is not just accepted, but celebrated.

Facilitated by a licensed psychotherapist specializing in men's wellness.

Life happens — we get it. If something comes up and you need to cancel, just let us know at least 7 days before your session and we'll apply your payment as a credit toward a future session. Cancellations within 7 days of a session are non-refundable.
