Talk to Me is a quiet, supportive space where you can share whatever you’re carrying and I simply listen.

No advice.
No judgment.
No fixing.

Just a human being giving you their full attention.

You’re welcome to talk about stress, relationships, life challenges, memories, or anything that feels heavy. You can also choose to sit quietly if you prefer.

Sometimes being heard is enough.
What to Expect

• A calm, private environment
• One-on-one or small group listening (depending on attendance)
• Gentle, respectful conversation
• The freedom to share as much or as little as you want
