Affectionately called our ‘Day 3’, this essential workshop is for practitioners who have completed their 2-Day introductory training and wish to improve and extend their use of non-fiction text types.
Developing non-fiction writing skills is critical for students to demonstrate their knowledge and understanding of subjects across the curriculum. To be successful, students are required to tune into the language of non-fiction, and the Talk for Writing approach is ideal for this purpose.
This workshop is targeted towards those working with Year 1 - 6 students.
