Join local author Emma Felling for the launch of her first novel, Fight Not For Glory, a gripping historical action/romance story set in medieval Scotland in the latter half of Robert Bruce's reign. Filled with political intrigue and secrets, the novel follows four main characters as they search for the truths of their pasts.Complementary food and drink will be served in the Castle Jail where you can meet the author, buy the book, followed by an exclusive after-hours tour of the Castle Keep. After the tour is concluded, the event will move to the Black Gate for a short talk about the historical context of her novel, specifically about the life and rule of Robert the Bruce.
£12 - Standard tickets include:
-Entry to both parts of the event in the Castle Keep and the Black Gate.
