TALK & BREATH by FEMME CRAFT<h4>Come join us for an evening of empowering conversations and relaxation at Mindspace Kurfürstendamm. Experience a unique event that combines an inspiring Breath Workshop with a live podcast. Aleks, a versatile yoga instructor, coach, and author, will share her journey, her experiences as a coach, and insights from her newly released guided journal, The Gentle Confidence Journal. The event will also include live breathing exercises based on techniques featured in the journal.</h4>
About Aleks:
She is a yoga teacher and coach dedicated to holistic well-being. Her work helps people cultivate inner strength, flexibility, and harmony. Her sessions go beyond physical movement, offering grounding and breathing space. My coaching focuses on overcoming inner barriers and unlocking one’s full potential.

The Gentle Confidence Journal is a 90-day guided journal designed to help you build self-confidence. It features daily reflection prompts, breathing exercises, and coaching tools to deepen your personal development journey.
