Between now and then, Jenny will be hosting a series of "Talk Abouts!" Intimate events where Jenny will share pieces of her story, carefully curated for each event for an evening of inspiration and hope as we continue to navigate the challenges life throws at us every day.

Since June is National PTSD Awareness month, we figured it would be a great start! 100% of the proceeds from the event will go towards Circle of Arms, a non-profit who’s mission is to promote mental health awareness through education, fill gaps, and break stigma primarily among veterans, women, and minority communities. Founded in 2019 by a USAF Veteran.
According to the American Psychiatric Association, "Posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a psychiatric disorder that may occur in people who have experienced or witnessed a traumatic event such as a natural disaster, a serious accident, a terrorist act, war/combat, or rape or who have been threatened with death, sexual violence or serious injury."
Currently, 3.5% of the American population — over 1,153,000 people — will experience PTSD in their lifetime. And we want to help!
