Baltimore Children's Choir's Schola Ensemble, Chamber Singers, and Charm City Sings' Chamber Voices are excited to collaborate for our November 22nd performance of Tales and Tidings, featuring a performance of the St. Nicolas Cantata by Benjamin Britten. Both organizations will also sing selections from their seasonal repertoire. Please purchase tickets or donate here. Our suggested donation is $15.00 per person to cover expenses.

About BCC and CCS:
Baltimore Children's Choir (BCC) is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. At BCC, we believe that every child has a unique voice to be celebrated. By offering affordable tuition, scholarship aid for those in need, and musical outreach through our Baltimore School partnerships, we can create a vibrant culture of young voices from diverse backgrounds and abilities that emphasizes inclusion and collaboration. A shared love of music and a sense of belonging build confidence, joy, and leadership skills that positively impact the greater community. This year, our advanced Schola Ensemble and Chamber Singers have a full performance schedule as special guests at the American Choral Directors Association (ACDA) Children's Choir retreat (January 2026), Maryland Music Educators Association (MMEA) Conference (February 2026), and collaborations with local choirs such as Charm City Sings. Founded in 2022, Charm City Sings began with a humble group of 29 passionate singers, united by love for music and a shared vision of building community through song. We are proud to have grown into a dynamic organization with three choirs and over 250 members: the Community Chorus is our large mixed-voice chorus, Treble Voices is our brand new soprano/alto chorus, and Chamber Voices is an auditioned small group with the mission to collaborate with ensembles across Maryland. This season, Chamber Voices look forward to concerts with Harmonia Festival Choir, Baltimore Children's Choir, Camerata Baltimore, and Towson University Chorale. Charm City Sings' mission remains steadfast: connecting Baltimore communities through song while creating equitable access to free, high-quality choral concerts.
