Today’s workforce includes Gen X’s (1965-1980), Millennials (1981–1996), and Gen Z (1997–2012). With Gen Z starting to enter the workforce, managers working with these different groups may require different management approaches.
This session will focus on a few approaches for best managing Gen Z:
