Talent Thursdays

Talent Thursday monthly series that will feature Workforce Development events hosted by ADOLES & partners. The goal is for this series is to do the following:

• Provide career readiness training to job seekers
• Retrain & upskill workers and jobseekers to become more marketable to employers
• Connect talent with employment opportunities
• Connect employers to qualified candidates
• Connect community service providers to residents in need of their services
• Provide soft skills training to youth and adults
• Provide justice-involved residents with equal employment opportunities
• Serve as a trusted source for businesses seeking talent and assistance with expanding their services
• Assist job seekers with overcoming barries to employment
• Create strategic partnerships to stregthen our workforce eco-system
