Talent Day 2022 - Exhibitor Stand Ticket

Exhibitor stand fee: £400+VAT

Included in the package:

• 4ft Trestle Table with space for branded pop up banner/stand, x2 chairs, power and Wifi
• 25 word company profile on the official online events pages with a link to you website
• Your job vacancies sent out to job seekers attending (in pre-agree format)
• Logo and branding on event materials
• Social media marketing across; Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook pre-event
• Complimentary arrival drink of Tea and Coffee
• Two Exhibitor passes included

Payment will be invoiced once you have booked your ticket. The stand will not be secured until payment has been made.

From the floor plan please advise if you have any preference on stand number. We will try to accommodate stand preferences where we can but this is not guaranteed.

Please note that Talent Day is planned for in person delivery, however, subject to change for virtual delivery if regulations change.

All Manchester Digital events are designed to be inclusive and we adhere to a strict code of conduct which you can view 

Data Usage Event Policy

By securing a ticket for this event you are consenting to receive information from Manchester Digital regarding the logistics of this event and a follow-up email post-event, we may also need to share any dietary or access requirements you have provided with a 3rd party such as the event caterer or venue. After we have sent your follow up event email we will only hold your data for 1-month during this time we will not share your information or contact you. Keeping your data for a month will only be to explicitly recap on the success of our campaign. After the one month period, the information you have provided will be deleted. If you wish to be contacted regarding other events and services that Manchester Digital produce then you will need to specifically opt into our mailing list here.

Safety measures will be implemented throughout the attendee’s journey and will focus on reducing the risk of transmission.

Covid-19 Policy

Your safety is paramount.

We are taking steps to ensure the event is as safe as possible given the COVID-19 pandemic.

We want you to have a great day out and enjoy your visit with confidence knowing we have the safety of our visitors, exhibitors, and colleagues as our highest priority.

We will operate under the appropriate Government guidelines – a comprehensive set of guidelines to ensure our events are operating under COVID-19 secure measures.

All event attendees will be kept up to date with our approach to COVID-19 mitigation measures once they have registered.

How we will keep you safe

We will be limiting the overall number of attendees at each event and to enable COVID-19 contact tracing (if needed), entry will be subject to pre-registration.

If you are exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms (a high temperature, a new, continuous cough, a loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste) or have recently been contacted and asked to self-isolate by NHS Test & Trace (and are not exempt), then please do not attend any of the Festival in-person events.

Attendees and exhibitors may also be required to demonstrate their COVID status. This can easily be done using the NHS COVID Pass which is available through the NHS App or the NHS website.
