Talent Advancement Network (TAN) Meeting

The Atlanta Fed has been conducting community focused analysis on labor market conditions within the local Jacksonville economy. Over the past few months they have conducted roundtables with a balanced set of representatives of labor market stakeholders including the business community, workforce and talent development intermediaries, and workers and jobseekers. These conversations aimed to better understand the pressures, risks and opportunities within talent demand, talent supply and talent development aspects of the labor market. Federal Reserve researchers will present the findings from these conversations to facilitate a discussion with TAN leadership at our meeting on November 5th. The research findings will aim to set the table for a conversation with talent leadership focused on strategic collaboration and investment to build the workforce of the future to meet the growth potential for the Jacksonville economy.
