Using the power of sound and meditation, we’ll relax, restore, and “retune” ourselves into balance. Sound can often guide us into releasing pain, worry, and anxiety, expanding our neural pathways by clearing our slate in a meditative state. Soundbaths can thus often create space for healing, allowing creative insights to spark through!

It's officially the middle of winter! The midwinter soundbath is designed to offer a soothing balm in this super hibernating season before we begin to awake for spring. Soundbaths can often the relax nervous system which can lead to creative amplification, allowing insights and ideas to spark through.
