Taking the fear out of completing your Tax Return - Workshop

In this interactive, small group, morning workshop, Lydia will help you to understand the self-assessment form; what is allowable, how your tax liability will be calculated & how you will make payments.

Who is the workshop for?

Anyone women who need to submit a self-assessment form by the end of January 2025

What do I need to bring?

You will need to bring a notebook and pen.

Your trainer

Lydia Read-Potter set up BookSmart Accounting at the start of 2021 and has grown the business to a team of six with 300+ SME clients. Before starting her own company Lydia worked both in accountancy practice and finance roles in industry for over 15 years. Lydia has also taught accountancy both to trainee accountants and small business owners.

This workshop is being held at 1-2-3 The Barracks, White Cross Lancaster LA1 4XQ

Please note this workshop is fully funded for women in Lancaster District** However, as places are limited and we are accountable to our funders, and so, due to people booking a place and not turning up, we are changing a deposit which will be refunded for everyone who attends (minus the booking fee)

**Women outside of the district are welcome to join us for a small charge.
