These panelists bring countless years of industry knowledge and experience to the table and will be answering your questions on all things pre-construction– from some of Canada’s top builders, to top Sales and Marketing firms, this event covers it all.

As Vice President of Sales Development at Tridel, Winson Chan brings over 25 years of industry experience to the table. He is a strong believer in supporting the professional growth and development of future leaders in the Real Estate industry and has been heavily involved in advancing the standards and practices of the Real Estate industry through various leadership roles. He specializes in Condo sales and management and was awarded the title of "Best Sales Manager" by BILD (Building Industry and Land Development Association).

Plaza’s Chief Operating Officer and BILD Board member, Scott McLellan began his 30-year real estate career at Tridel in 1989 before joining Plaza Corp in 2009. Plaza has regularly been in the top 10 largest builders in Canada and won home builder of the year in Ontario for 2 of the last 3 years. In 2022, Plaza made over 1000 sales and over $1 billion overall in sales. Scott is also a former pro hockey player, having played for the Boston Bruins during the NHL's 1982/83 season.

Greywood Development's Director of Sales, Kaleigh Kelly has spent her career selling and marketing exceptional real estate across Canada – her passion for real estate began in Vancouver, BC – where she gained experience alongside some of the top performing real estate professionals. In 2011, she moved to Calgary, AB to lead the sales efforts of one of the most respected Developers in the city. Kaleigh began her career with Graywood in 2017, leading their in-house sales division in Calgary, and in 2021 alone Graywood owned over 10% of the market share of new condos and townhomes across Calgary. She made the move to Toronto in 2022 to oversee both their current projects and upcoming pipeline of over 3,000 units over the next few years. Graywood is a Toronto based private-investment management firm that specialized in the development of exceptional real estate with nearly 40 years in the industry, and over 30,000 residences to date across North America.

President and Founder of RAD Marketing, Riz Dhanji began his successful career in Vancouver before moving to Toronto in 1998 to sell some of the highest-profile projects in the city. In 2004 and 2009, was awarded “Best Sales and Marketing Person of the Year" by the Greater Toronto Homebuilder’s Association.
