Taking Flight - Over 40's Aerial Sling workshop

This 2 hour workshop will consist of games, fun tasks and techniques designed to build all round confidence, find movement with the aerial sling and induldge in play.

Off The Wall will guide you through the workshop safely and confidently ensuring everyone feels comfortable and able to emmerse themselves in the joy of aerial sling.

This workshops is suitable for everyone over the age of 40, no aerial or dance experience is needed, levels will be provided and there is no pressure to achieve any certain thing within the workshop, if you have any questions or would prefer to book direct please do send us an email at [email protected].

WHAT TO BRING?

We recommend you wear comfortable clothes and bring layers, we ask that there are no zips, jewellery or anything that could catch. We also recommend you bring water and maybe a snack :)
