This workshop will be a 'no holds barred' sesson on the subject of handling difficult customers and keeping control of a project.
Held at the Glasshouse Collective, courtesy of Mark Gregory, the intensive program takes you through every stage of managing a garden transformation, from the first contact with a client, through CDM, terms and conditions, method statements, costings, sunset clauses, warranties and customer aftercare .....to name but a few.
