Taking Action for Wellbeing and Worklife Balance in 2025

For the last few years, we have kicked off the New Year with a webinar that provides the opportunity to create a wellbeing plan for the year ahead.

The start of the year is often a time when we review our approach to wellbeing, yet good intentions and New Years Resolutions frequently fall by the wayside. Often this is because people create unrealistic plans or set goals that are too big. The focus in this session is to create a strategy that is realistic and works for your life, with clear practical actions.

As before the webinar will be led by Marion Hewitt, Protea Solutions, who will share ideas and support you to create your plan.

In this practical workshop for 2025 we consider multiple elements of wellbeing and resilience. We will also discuss work-life balance which is increasingly a challenge in a hybrid working world.

As an outcome of attending the session you will:

· Identified multiple elements that contribute to overall wellbeing and worklife balance

· Considered a wide range of ideas and actions to enhance your feelings of energy, life satisfaction, and happiness.

· Create your own practical and realistic wellbeing plan, to give you a great start to 2025, that you will commit to continuing through the year for lasting change.
