As marketiers we were all taught about the 4P’s – product, price, place and promotion – something you, as business owners, are probably familiar with. But it’s now broadly agreed in marketing academia that we really need to start with an R – customer research, followed by an S – segmentation and, as most companies can’t serve all segments we need to add in a T for targeting. And then another P, positioning. All of these should take place before we even start planning the 4P’s – and positioning cuts across all four.

Then we need to add three more Ps to the four (now five!)! Physical evidence, process and people. Confused! Don’t worry – all will become clear on the day and we’re excited to share our skills and experience to help you take your business to the next level in 2023.
