The result is you abandon yourself and live someone else’s life. Do you want to choose something different and take your life back?

This journey starts with you using the power of conscious anger as your life force.
Conscious anger is a resource you use to take back your authority from wherever you left it so you can return to the place within you that has wisdom and clarity of what you want. It is not intelligence coming from your mind but from your heart.
By having your authority, you are connected with what you want, which gives you the fuel to create the life your heart is longing for.
In modern culture, you are deeply conditioned that it is not OK to be angry because “anger is negative, dangerous, loud, embarrassing, uncivilized.” You learn to suppress your anger, leading to precisely the unconscious manifestations of rage you are trying to avoid: reactivity, resentment, explosiveness, or the flip side of the coin: passivity, adaptivity, and 'implosion.'
Believe it or not, it is not a mistake you feel angry. Nature did not mess up that badly. Conscious rage is a resource and force you can use to serve your life, empowering your capacity to relate and create.
With conscious anger, you can:
- Say yes/no
- Be present
- Speak up
- Stand in your authority
- Choose
- Ask for what you want
- Take action and create
How can you use your anger for all this, you ask? Well, first, you would have to own it, instead of it owning you.
