Before launching the real estate investment business, Arleen Garza was Senior Vice President at Bank of America and served in national leadership roles in banking center management, marketing, lending, and human resources for over 20 years. While in these roles, Arleen appeared on national and local media programs providing education to consumers in Spanish and English on personal financial management. After leaving the corporate world, Arleen established a consulting business through which she worked together with entrepreneurs in developing marketing strategies and human resource strategies to achieve accelerated growth. Through her work, she has seen the growth of companies in the medical, logistics, education, software, restaurant, and construction industries.

In 2012, upon the purchase of the first multifamily property, Arleen formulated the plan to drive the marketing and accounting aspects of their owner-managed property management company. Today, Arleen owns over 2,000 multifamily units across ten properties in the San Antonio and Houston markets, with 6 properties having gone full cycle. She has also invested passively in another 1,000+ multifamily units. Arleen is the co-founder and Principal of REEP Equity and its vertically integrated management firm, REEP Management. Arleen has received accreditation from the National Apartment Association (NAA) as a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) in recognition of her knowledge of risk management, legal, underwriting, and operational aspects of the multifamily market.
