Open mic meets mental health & screening of the movie "Constallations"Take a moment for mental health during this Open Mic on the occasion of la Semaine de la Santé Mentale. An evening dedicated to poetry, spoken word, and our emotions.

18h : Screening of the movie "Constellations" by Stéphanie Fortunato over art and mental health (FR)
19h : Q&A with the director and mental health professionals
19h30 : sign-up for the open mic
20h – 22h : Open mic
Between the written and the spoken word lies a beautiful path of self-discovery, where Spoken Word Poetry can give voice to your ‘inside’. We think it is a beautiful tool to express thoughts, fears and dreams and encourages us to share and be supported. This evening will be devoted to the theme of our mental health, to which we dedicate our words, language and submerge in the pleasure & wonder of listening.
Meet us at 20.00 & come together to create, enjoy and support everyone’s freedom of expression and feelings in a warm space. Kind ears and kind souls. Everyone is very welcome, to share or just to listen.
