Take a Journey Into Your Past: A Past Life Regression Workshop

Join us for a 90-minute workshop designed to help you dive deeper into reincarnation and past life understandings. In this session, we'll explore how past experiences might be impacting your current realilty, and look at the potential benefits of accessing these other spaces to help you with your present-day life. After delving into the concepts together, I'll guide you through a group regression meditation, giving you the chance to connect with one of your own past lives. And, by the end of the session, we'll also cover how you can continue exploring your past lives on your own. Understanding how we're connected to our past, parallel, and multidimensional spaces can be a great way to gain clarity and new understanding as it relates to our current experience.

Whether you're new to the idea of reincarnation, or have explored regression work before, this session is designed to be a gentle, exploratory experience for all levels. - A pen and notebook for any additional notes or thoughts you'd like to take down (note: handouts will also be provided); and
- A shawl or blanket if you'd like to be cozy during the guided regression portion.
