Are you ready to shift the energy of the past year and a half, take a deep breath and get back to balance with more of a sense of well being?
At this life coaching workshop, we will
look at the challenges of this time, nourish ourselves by focusing on
more mindfulness and compassion, learn how to shift perspectives to ones that better serve us and explore inner resources for support.
It will be a dynamic, interactive evening, sharing and learning from one another and gathering new tools that you can use to move forward with greater awareness for your well being.
