2 DAYS TRAINING
Jointly hosted by Peninsula Karate Rosebud (Amanda Thomas Sensei), Combat Academy (Lindsay Hart Sensei) and SMAC Gym (Matt Ball).
After a number of years of 2 hour seminars at our dojo's, Taka Sensei has agreed to run a 2 day course, consisting of 10 hours of exploration of his expression of Karate and Martial arts.
This will not be "style based" training and is open to all martial artists.

Training outline
Day 1 - 28th (Sat) March
10:00am – 12:30pm, 1st session, Basic Soft Blocking Practice.
12:30pm – 2:00pm Lunch & personal practice.
2:00pm – 4:30pm, 2nd session, Application Technique in Kata using soft blocking
Day 2 - 29th (Sun) March
10:00am – 12:30pm, 3rd session, Application Technique in Sparring using soft blocking
12:30pm – 2:00pm Lunch & personal practice.
2:00pm – 4:30pm, 4th session,
Conclusion of Soft Blocking(Body Manipulation, power connection, self defense, etc)
BONUS - Yamato Sensei, will perform a kobudo demonstration at the end of each session.
Takafumi Nakayama sensei is a respected figure in the world of Japanese and Okinawan Karate.
