Taiji Lunch: Meet, Chat, Ask Questions, Watch Video

Join us for a BYOF (bring your own food) lunch, meet taiji boxing and kung-fu program instructors and students, ask us questions, watch a short taiji boxing video produced by World Taiji Boxing Association. Depending on interest, we may do a short demonstration of taiji boxing fighting and healing methods.

The week after this social event we will start our introductory four week taji boxing session. If you are interested and would like more information, this is the perfect opportunity for it.
