Taichi an der Welle 19.06.24 von 17.30-18.30 Uhr. Events Highlight Tai Chi with Gisa Anders - Well(e)being an der Welle in the city center - Die Welle. The aim of the Tai Chi course with Gisa Anders is to improve your own well-being and health in a gentle way. Tai Chi Chuan is an art of movement that aims to harmonize Yin and Yang. Through the gentle, calm and graceful movements, the Ch'i, the life energy, is activated and distributed to the various organ systems via the meridians, the pathways of the body. The Taoist health exercises are practiced in class before learning the form. After learning the form, the advanced levels of Yin/Yang, Ch'i form (arm spiral), center movement, knee spiral, neck spiral, inner breath, push hands and fighting form and the two weapon forms sword and saber can be learned. Changing facilities are available on site. "Die Welle" is a striking ensemble of buildings with a dynamic, wave-shaped façade, which is surrounded by the Alte Oper, Rothschildpark and Bockenheimer Anlage. In order to bring a creative culture to life at this vibrant meeting place in the heart of Frankfurt's city center and to strengthen people's individual well-being, well(e)being offers such as yoga, Taichi Chuan, hula-hoop fitness or mind & body balance are regularly held there.
