Ready to enjoy the incredibly healing exercises from the Orient?
Tai Chi exercises are a diverse set of gentle physical exercises that coordinate body movements, control breathing, and calm the mind. The exercises have been shown to improve the well-being of participants. It is accessible to all levels and mobility stages. The qualified instructor, Tai Chi, has conducted health ageing research projects in the local community and showed that Tai Chi exercises improve body balance, flexibility, and mental health well-being. Each session will consist of a gentle warm-up, balance exercises, breathing exercises and Tai Chi movements. Spaces are Limited. Booking required.
