Authentic Tai Chi walking is encompassed within a Qigong system of movement, breathing, and awareness designed to help develop an awakened sense of energy. Rooted in ancient Eastern traditions, Tai Chi and Qigong cultivate strength, balance, and clarity from the inside out. Join us in person at the Body & Brain Fremont Center for a special workshop exploring why Tai Chi Walking is going viral—and what’s myth versus reality in this powerful Qigong-based practice.

Master Brian has 20 years of experience in the fields of wellness, emotional management and personal development at Body & Brain Yoga and Tai Chi. Currently, he is the Regional Director of Body & Brain in Georgia and National Body & Brain Qigong trainer leading our DahnMuDo Martial Arts Belt Course and the Wisdom Pathways QiGong Instructor Certification Course. Master Brian has delivered wellness and stress reduction workshops to corporations, including Coca-Cola and Home Depot, schools and social groups across Georgia and beyond. Passionate about health and wellness, hehas devoted his life to helping others lead healthy, happy and peaceful lives.
