This class is a drop-in. No need to book, just turn up.
Alastair has over 25 years of practice of Tai Chi and Qi gong and has studied several systems, including 5 animals and The Art of Effortless Power.
The class can be gentle or dynamic depending on what is required, and is centred on finding balance and healing using Chi (vital life force).
