Why Learn Tai Chi? - The obvious answers are for the health and longevity benefits, the fact that it's moving meditation - even that it's a powerful martial art. Learn the forms of Tai Chi, Tai Chi Fan or Tai Chi Sword, continue to refine your forms or come out to exercise or watch. The Orlando HanQing Tai Chi Culture and Art Center group meets to learn and continue to improve and practice their forms with HanQing Grace) Liu Karwowski.
The group practices every Saturday from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM
