Join us for a relaxing, gentle Tai Chi flow in beautiful Wheeler Park with the hills of Duluth as our backdrop. (Rain location is 3802 Grand Avenue, Summit Martial Arts).
This class is primarily for adults, and is great for all mobility levels including a seated option. Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise that just happens to be a beautiful but effective Martial Art!
The cost is $20. If possible, register using ticket link below. Otherwise, payment will be available onsite.
The class will be taught by Jessa Swift, 5th Degree Black Belt and owner of Summit Martial Arts.
