Did you know Tai Chi is a gentle, low-impact exercise that's perfect for enhancing balance, flexibility and overall wellbeing? Beneficial for all ages and especially older adults, its a wonderful way to stay active whilst promotion relaxation and mindfulness. It's never to late to give it a go! Come and join us, any timeMy name is Lynn and I am the Session Leader for 'Tai Chi Qi in the Park', for Life Balance, at Aston Clinton Park, every Tuesday lunchtime from 12 noon to 1pm.
We do all this outside, all year round, whatever the weather, in the beautiful parkland at Aston Clinton Park.
Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, no previous experience needed. Cost per session is £6.50 (payable on monthly invoice), your first session is FREE. We are a friendly bunch - just turn up, no need to pre-book. We meet in the car park just in front of the Red Kite Pavilion café.
