Please join us after the Sunday Experience for an opportunity to socialize and enjoy each other's company. There will be introductory Tai Chi and afterwards a walk in the park. If you would prefer to just to walk, there will be a SLCA staff member that will guide you on the wonderful trails of Mason Mill Park. The terrain is easy and mostly shaded by beautiful foliage. Meet up time will be at 1 pm to give everyone an opportunity to grab a light lunch. The park is less than 10 minutes from the Center and off of Clairmont Rd.
