Tai Chi Form & Fight!

For tai chi beginners to advanced and all other martial artists, this workshop is an introduction to tai chi form and emphasizes the numerous self-defense applications of each posture. Working with partners, you'll practice life-saving skills in a safe environment while exploring the least known aspect of tai chi, which is as an extremely effective and potentially lethal system of self-defense!
