8 WEEK BLOCK CLASS
TUESDAY NOVEMBER 2nd THROUGH TUESDAY DECEMBER 21st
Participants MUST have completed the beginning and intermediate classes.
In this class, students learn Dr. Paul Lam’s supplemental form for his form known as Tai Chi for Arthritis. This is an extra sequence added on to the end of the original form. The movements in this supplemental form are slightly more complex than the movements in the original form, making this class a little more challenging. There are 8 sessions in the class.
Each of the 8 sessions is 60 minutes in duration
