Take a break out of your day for your mental health + wellness and join us for some meditation in motion. Tai Chi is a series of slow, intentional, continuous movements. Originating more than 1,000 years ago in China, the main theme within its practice is to "let go."This program is recommended for ages 16+ (younger teens are welcome with adult supervision).
Tai Chi will take place on the Great Lawn.
