It can reduce stress, harmonize mind and body, and improves alertness, focus, and memory. Instructor, Karen Barbarisi has been practicing and teaching yoga, tai chi, and qui gong for many years. Karen teaches with a lightheartedness, encouraging students to develop physical awareness and strength while always honoring each student's boundaries and physical limitations.
