Red Cedar Tai Chi is offering a beginning level Tai Chi class at Performance Works NW this fall!
Tai Chi is a moving meditation which helps to clear the mind, improves memory and reduces stress. It builds body awareness, strengthens leg muscles and improves balance. It nurtures all aspects of one’s life.
The beginning level is taught in thirds. We will be offering the first third of Cheng Man Ch’ing’s 37-posture form as passed on by the TaiChiFoundation.
Teachers: Angie Holland, Linda Hutchins, Linda Austin.
Dates/Time: Oct 8-Dec 10 | Tuesday mornings at 10:30
Cost: $200 for the 10 week class, $100 to repeat the class.
