Join us for Tai Chi for Better Balance in the Secret Garden every Wednesday from 9 - 10 AM. All levels are welcome! ☯
Tai Chi is an internal ancient martial art practiced for health benefits and meditation. 🌳
Dress comfortably in flat tennis shoes and bring your water bottle and a towel. Registration is required. The cost is $10 for non-members and $5 for members.
