Gathering to explore the practice of Tai Chi & tea.This class will explore the practice of Tai Chi (Taiji), its history, philosophy, and flow through the physical movements all while enjoying tea. (There will be a variety available.)
Class is open to all levels.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in.
Practice can be done seated or standing.
