Sign up in the Fit by Wix app or on the website prosperptnc.com to join our Tai Chi 73 Part one class. We will be working our way through the 73 forms Sun Style tai chi at Devoted City Church in North Raleigh. Starting in September we will meet on Fridays and Tuesdays at 10am. Join us for one month, 2 months or 3 to learn as many forms as you would like to. *No new class members will be added after the first 2 weeks since the lessons will be building on one another.*We will break in December and then start Part 2 of the 73 forms in January.
Our classes are geared for those age 50 or better. It is encouraged that when joining a tai chi class that you consider your safety. Tai chi is a form of movement designed to help reduce the risk of falls and can be performed in sitting or standing.
Our class is performed in standing and therefore is challenging for those that are already at a high risk for falls. Consider finding a seated tai chi class if you have difficulty maintaining your balance and are unable to stand for greater than 30 minutes.
