CALL FOR SUBMISSION !!We are accepting articles, story, artworks and poetry for our #Compendium on TAGORE & ROMANCE.
Theme: TAGORE and/or ROMANCE. Your entries can be based on either or both of these two topics.
We are open to multilingual submissions - English / Bengali / Hindi
It's going to be a #premiumquality #hardcover publication to be distributed across top libraries & cafes of Kolkata and select Indian cities.
A #grand #launch ceremony will be organized in #Kolkata and all selected contributors will be #felicitated on the stage or online (as per their preference).
In 2023, it was hosted at Rabindra Tirtha, New Town and #celebrities like Saheb Chattopadhyay, Pandit Mallar Ghosh and other dignitaries had been our Chief Guests. We were proud to have 92.7 #BigFM as our Radio Partner for the entire event.
All selected contributors will be eligible for #delegate kit, #promotions and #media coverage as mentioned below.

:: Participation Guidelines ::

1. Submissions must be in English/Bengali/Hindi, within 2500 words (story/ article) or 50 lines (poem) and mailed to given ID.
2. Format: MS Word, Font - Times New Roman, size 12, Single spacing. PDFs will be rejected.
3. If selected, you will be intimated within 2-3 working days.
4. All selected entries will be published in the compendium.
5. The launch ceremony will be held in Kolkata & online for outstation guests (hybrid mode).
6. Authors/artists can join in person or over video conference as per their convenience. Physical travel is NOT mandatory.
7. Authors/artist Delegate Kit will be sent by courier if they join virtually. Authors need to bear the cost of shipping.
8. Multiple entries (max 3 per head) and co-authoring allowed. All entries must be well edited.
9. Plagiarized contents will be disqualified.
10. Since this is a non-commercial social event, Registration Fee to be borne by the selected contributors towards the cost of book printing, authors/artist promotions, refreshments or packaging etc.
